    <ol>
      <li>Turn the stove on to high and allow the water to boil.</li>
      <li>Cook the hamburger on high until it's complete brown</li>
      <li>Boil the noodles for about 10-11 minutes until completely cooked.</li>
      <li>Thoroughly drain the noodles and add the cooked hamburger and sauce to the pot.</li>
      <li>Stir all the ingredients together, and add parmesean cheese.</li>
      <li>Enjoy!</li>

Problem is it said body within the element, and I don’t simply understand how to put the body there, so can anyone show me where to put it?

Inside the html element, you should have a head element.

Below the head element goes the body element.

Check how many tags you have for each element.
