### Tell us what’s happening:

I am on step 5. Whenever I try and add a comma into the line of code, it gives me an error message stating “You should print is\_student and type(is\_student) using a comma separator.” Am I doing something wrong? Also, whenever I add the comma, it doesn’t turn yellow how the comma on the tutorial does.

### Your code so far

```py
name = 'Alice'
print(name)
print(type(name))
is_student = True
# User Editable Region
print(is_student), type(is_student)
# User Editable Region
```

Welcome to the forum @mikeydeichler,

The syntax of your print function is not valid.

Your print should be structured like this: `print(arg1, arg2)`.

You have a closing parenthesis after the first argument rather than after the second argument.

Happy coding
