Tell us what’s happening:

Hi freeCodeCamp team,
I’m working through the Relational Database certification and have encountered a persistent issue with the CodeRoad test runner in “Learn Nano by Building a Castle.”
What’s Happening
• On loading the tutorial, the first step asks me to run echo hello nano in the terminal.
• I ran this command successfully (and confirmed the correct output each time), but the Test Runner consistently returns “Test Runner Failed.”
• I tried the on-screen fallback (typing exit and redoing the instructions in a new terminal) multiple times with no success.
