Build a Space Mission Roster - Step 12

Tell us what’s happening:

I am working on the JavaScript challenge “[Build a Space Mission Roster: Step 12]”.
My code passes visually and I think the logic is correct, but freeCodeCamp is still showing an error in the tests.
I checked my syntax, variable names, brackets, and console output, but the test still fails.
I also refreshed the page and rewrote parts of the code, but nothing changed.
Can someone help me understand why the tests are failing even though the output seems correct?
