Build a Survey Form - Form Element not passing tests

Hi,

When running the tests on my Survey Form all my errors are due to things “not being in the form element” but I do have them in it? I feel like I must clearly be missing something but cannot find it in my code or online. Please advise.

I see a couple of things. First of all, you have and extra </div> on line 20 - I think it is screwing up the parsing. It seems to work for me after I remove that.
