it’s hard to tell what you mean.
Can you post a link to your codepen and describe which elements you tried to add and what you mean by ‘i can’t seem to add’ ? (does that mean they are not showing up where you expect?)

Yes, i’m trying to add the checkboxes elements required in the survey exercise and the div"s i’m trying to create don’t appear in the page:

For eg. you have a select element opening but not closing…
there are other issues as well.
