it’s hard to tell what you mean.
Can you post a link to your codepen and describe which elements you tried to add and what you mean by ‘i can’t seem to add’ ? (does that mean they are not showing up where you expect?)

Yes, i’m trying to add the checkboxes elements required in the survey exercise and the div"s i’m trying to create don’t appear in the page:

you just need to tidy the html so you can see the problem.

<script src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/testable-projects-fcc/v1/bundle.js"></script>
<!DOCTYPE html>

<body id="main">
  <h1 id="title">Survey form Test</h1>
  <p id="description">Insert explanation on the contents of the survey here</p>
  <div class="input-field">
    <form id="survey-form">
      <label id="name-label" for="name">*Name</label>
      <input id="name" type="text" placeholder="Enter name" required>
      <label id="email-label" for="email">*Email</label>
      <input id="email" type="email" placeholder="Insert email" required>
      <label id="number-label" for="number">*Number</label>
      <input id="number" placeholder="Input" type="number" name="quantity" min="1" max="9" required>
      <div id="dropdown">
        <span id="feedback">Feedback</span>
        <select name="feedback">
            <option value="below-average">Below Average</option>
            <option value="average">Average</option>
            <option value="good">Good</option>
            <option value="great">Great</option>
           </div>
          </div>
          <div id="radio">
          <form>
            <label><input type="radio" name"radio-button" value=""></label>
            <label><input type="radio" name"radio-button" value=""></label>
            </div
            </form>
      </form>
 </body>

For eg. you have a select element opening but not closing…
there are other issues as well.
