Tell us what’s happening:

I am sure that I am typing the right code but often I get a “Reference Error” in return even though the code is correct.
This is not the first time that I am experiencing this type of issue please inform me the right step by step methods for this problem.

I guess it’s telling you that strLengthIntro does not exist, right?

check the line where it should be created, if everything is written correctly
