Build an Availability Table #35

Tell us what’s happening:

I keep failing #35.
Failed:35. You should use two color-stops (expressed in percentage) to make the transition from one color to the following color a hard line for your #legend-gradient. Remember to use your --color# variables.
Here’s my code:
background-image: linear-gradient(90deg,var(–color0) 0%, var(–color0) 16%, var(–color1) 16%, var(–color1) 33%, var(–color2) 33%, var(–color2)49%, var(–color3) 49%, va

see this example for the correct syntax: Gradient with multi-position color-stops

I have already tried doing that. :frowning:

Hi! Thanks for sharing you code.

Remember to use double dash ( – ) before variable name.

use two color-stops

is like this:

var(--color0) 0% 16%,

I hope it helps. I’m still learning too. Happy coding!

I think your variables names are not correct :
use double double dach and not this character : ‘–’

can you post your coden with that? the code you posted does not use the multi-position color stop

It’s already double dash in my code (not sure why it’s showing only one dash here) :frowning:

because you have not used backticks to format your code

please post your updated code

When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add the backticks.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').
