Is this a concatention issue? I’m not sure what to do , I did get rid of an extra space in ’ years’. It did not resolve the issue.

The first step was to create the experience_info variable. The second step was to print it. You have incorrectly combined both steps. Please refer to the code you wrote for employee_info for an example of how a variable is created and how a variable is printed.
