Build an Employee Profile Generator - Step 8

Tell us what’s happening:

Now, you want to create a string that displays the employee’s age.

Start by creating a variable employee_info and assign it the result of concatenating:

the full_name variable.
a string consisting of the characters is preceded and followed by a space.
employee_ info = full_name + ’ ’ + ‘is’ + ’ ’
isn’t working

Your code so far

first_name = 'John'
last_name = 'Doe'
full_name = first_name + ' ' + last_name
address = '123 Main Street'
address += ', Apartment 4B'
employee_age = 28

# User Editable Region

employee_info = full_name + ' ' + 'is' + ' '

# User Editable Region

  • a string consisting of the characters is preceded and followed by a space.

Small adjustment…the tests are looking for one string.

Happy coding!

in the provided console (text area underneath the terminal on the right side of the uploaded image). There is a written hint that tells you pretty much verbatim what belongs in the variable. If you cannot see the console and only see the black box you should press the console button near the top right of the web-page. Happy coding and reach back out if you still require assistance!
