Building a Registration Form Step 16

I’m stuck on this part of the project.

The instructions were " Give the first two input elements a type attribute of text , the third a type attribute of email , and the fourth a type attribute of password .

   **Your code so far**
/* file: index.html */
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
 <head>
   <title>Registration Form</title>
	  <link rel="stylesheet" href="styles.css" />
 </head>
 <body>
   <h1>Registration Form</h1>
   <p>Please fill out this form with the required information</p>
   <form action='https://register-demo.freecodecamp.org'>
     <fieldset>
       <label>Enter Your First Name: <input type:"text"/></label>
       <label>Enter Your Last Name: <input type: "text"/></label>
       <label>Enter Your Email: <input type: "email"/></label>
       <label>Create a New Password: <input type: "password"/></label>
     </fieldset>
     <fieldset></fieldset>
     <fieldset></fieldset>
   </form>
 </body>
</html>
/* file: styles.css */
body {
 width: 100%;
 height: 100vh;
 margin: 0;
 background-color: #1b1b32;
	color: #f5f6f7;
}

label {
	display: block;
	margin: 0.5rem 0;
}

Challenge: Step 16

Hi @Grey.p

Well, that is not how you add element attributes. You do it like so:

<input attribute-name="attribute-value" />

In this case the attribute name is type and should take on the values described in the assignment. For example the first input element is supposed to be:

<input type="text" />

I hope that helps.
