  <fieldset>
    <label>Upload a profile picture: <input type="file" for="profile-picture" id="profile-picture"/></label>
    <label>Input your age (years): <input type="number" min="13" max="120" id="age"/></label>
    <label>How did you hear about us?
      <select id="referrer">
        <option value="">(select one)</option>
        <option value="1">freeCodeCamp News</option>
        <option value="2">freeCodeCamp YouTube Channel</option>
        <option value="3">freeCodeCamp Forum</option>
        <option value="4">Other</option>
      </select>
    </label>
    <label>Provide a bio:
      <textarea id="bio">
        </textarea>
    </label>
  </fieldset>

The for attributes go on the label, not the input. Look at how you did it in the first fieldset for an example.

And you need to add for attributes for all of the labels, not just profile picture.
