Can a JavaScript popup dialog text be found in any Chrome browser data?

I had a JavaScript popup that had important information I needed to write down. When I went to grab something to write it down my arm bumped my mouse and clicked off the popup and I lost the information.

Could that information be stored in a cache file or something in Chrome or on my computer? Also, is there a better place to post this?

As per my knowledge Javascript Popus are created temporary and cannot be recovered.

I think you might be a little late with that response.

Anyway, it is entirely possible for it to have been cached. That is unless it was an alert box and not a normal element popup.
