It is asking to me to use the a element to finish the fieldset, but i have used the a element like i have done in a few of these steps, but this time it is not accepting my answer?
Am i missing anything here? I have been stuck on this step for 2 days.

As for challenge, it looks like you added a second terms and conditions text on line 21 which is incorrect.
The terms and conditions text on line 20 is supposed to be the link.
Reset the lesson and try again.
