Can anyone please help me? I'm stuck on Javascript Word Blanks Exercise

This exercise is badly implemented. The description needs work and is confusing for us that have came this far. I have not got a clue what to do next and makes me want to shuffle off and go back to codeacadmy or treehouse.

This type of exercise annoys me at least give an example…this frustrates me it really does.

im stuck on the same problem, not entirely sure what is being asked of me
best i have been able to come up with is

function wordBlanks(myNoun, myAdjective, myVerb, myAdverb) {
var result = “”;
// Your code below this line

result = "My " + myAdjective + myNoun + myVerb + myAdverb;
// Your code above this line
return result;
}

// Change the words here to test your function
wordBlanks("dog ", "big “, “ran”, " quickly.”);

which gives an output of My big dog ran quickly.
not exactly sure where the cat words fit in as there was no instruction that mentioned them??

THIS DROVE ME CRAZY.

The instructions are super vague and I was not using result+= at all.

Since I did not see anyone post the solution, I am going to post it below.

And to all the highly intelligent people who notice that this is an older thread, I am not so dumb myself and know that. I do, however, want to assist any people who need assistance so they do not get discouraged or at least can learn from this.

function wordBlanks(myNoun, myAdjective, myVerb, myAdverb) {
    var result = "";
    // Your code below this line
    result+= "My "+myAdjective+" "+myNoun+" "+myVerb+" very "+myAdverb+".";

    // Your code above this line
  return result;
}

// Change the words here to test your function
wordBlanks("dog", "big", "ran", "quickly");
