What is the Instagram API language? Can I use it with C#?
Do they accept third party API for C# like instasharper?

The API is the interface for talking to Instagram. It’s not something that you would need to download. I haven’t written code that talks to Instagram, so I can’t offer specific advice. I’m sure that there are lots of code samples online, but make sure that any you use are recent, because it looks like they turned off their legacy API fairly recently.
