Cannot claim certifications (C#, Python)

Hello,

In February, I took the Python exam and scored an 88%. Today (March 7), I passed the C# certifiation exam. However, none of the certifications are showing up for me and I’m unable to download any certificates. Can you help me with this?

have you tried to do what the red message say and accept the Academic Honesty Pledge?

So, if I can’t take the exam with out accepting the Academic Honest Pledge, how was I able to take and pass the exam? I am legitimately confused by this. Plus, I did take the pledge previously.

I just “re-accepted” the policy.

What is not clear is that you have to dive deep into the settings page, not just where the timeline is to claim the certification. I only stumbled across it when troubleshooting the academic honesty thingy.

It has always been a requirement for claiming a certification, it was an oversight that it wasn’t required for the exams, and that has now been fixed
