Cannot complete the RDB Celestial Bodies

I did this project locally and have the universe.sql file on my github account here:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/plecos/celestial_bodies/main/universe.sql

When I try to put this in step 2, it states “You must complete step 1”.

The problem is I can’t complete step 1. When I try to open up CodeAlly, it starts the VM but never does anything. Which is why I did this locally.

So, how can I complete this project?
