Cannot get support to change my primary e-mail

I recently contacted for getting my primary e-mail id linked to my fCC account changed, as the previous is now defunct. My e-mail linked to my Github account is also different; so the SSO option won’t work either. This was the only option available to me now. But i just get an automated response saying that support will ONLY get back to me if & only if my query is related to my account. Which obviously it is. Whom do i turn to now ? Or should i just move on and create a fresh account. Kindly help me out, if at all, possible.

The automatic email is just that, automatic. You will need to wait for someone to see your email :slight_smile:
