Can't access a challenge called Use Recursion to Create a Range of Numbers

I tried to clean cache and so on but the challenge is not loading. I am using Chrome version 77.

I can log in by using the conventional way and the completed challenges are saved. However, I cannot access one particular challenge and that is the " Use Recursion to Create a Range of Numbers"

I can access the challenge, tho
