Can't access my courses

I am not receiving a code to sign in to my course. I’ve looked in junk and I’ve contacted support. They told me to create a github account. Any other tips and tweaks? Should I clear cookies?

I was able to get the code to access the forum from the same email account that won’t work for the course. So it does work to a degree.
