Cant figure this one out I've looked at other peoples solution but i still couldnt figure it out

While you did attempt to add a target attribute., you for some reason added single quotes around it and it which is not going to work. Look at the other attributes in the anchor element. See how they follow the pattern of attribute_name="some value"? That is what you need to do here.

this is also not working

Do you see any other attributes that are surrounded by double quotes? Only the value of the attribute should be surrounded by double quotes (or single quotes).
