Can't find these codes inside local files

Hi Guys,
I am doing a reverse engineer for some chrome extensions and when I inspect element in chrome I can see the “Privacy Policy - Affiliate Disclosure - Submit Coupon” hyperlinks but they are not anywhere in the local POPUP.html file ? So I guess it’s initiated via a JS code or something.
