Can't link GitHub

I’m using FreeCodeCamp and they next certificate is to use GitHub but it say’s You are marked as spam, and therefore cannot authorize a third party application. So I cannot link my FreeCodeCamp to my GitHub account

if this is on the freeCodeCamp side, you can write to support@freecodecamp.org, if it’s on the GitHub side, you need to check with that user support
