Cant` run the command „install code command in PATH“

Hi!

I am using Visual studio code version 1.29.1 for Windows 10, but I have small problem.

I would like to use the command , but I can`t find it. I am typing SHIFT+CTRL+P, this opens the command pallet, I am typing >code, but the command that I need does not appears. I am getting only these three commands:

  1. Tasks: Configure Build Task,
    2.Help: About code,
  2. Configure Default test task.

Please help me.
