You have capitalized all of the indoor outdoor stuff.

Here is the sample that FCC gave you

  <input id="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Indoor 
</label>

And you deleted the type for some reason. The type is radio.

I would follow along with the sample and it should fix your errors.
