Can't view my certificats

Good Morning
Every time i want to see my certificats i get this message: This user needs to add their name to their account in order for others to be able to view their certification.
Is there any solution ?

you must fill the info of your user; just like in the image; you just need to fill your name and thats all

The problem is that i have all the informations that are there, also everythng is in PUBLIC.
