I am a student of CS background … I’ve been studied CS(Undergraduate ) since 2018… Now i want to learn machine learning & data science… What procedure or step by step should i follow.?

I’d recommend that you talk to your academic advisor, as most CS departments have machine learning and data science courses.

Talking to your academic advisor is definitely the best first step. Even if there isn’t a ML course being offered in the upcoming semester, a professor might be able to do an independent study with you. You’ll also want to take a good statistics course, if you haven’t yet.

Why not just study the theoretical math required?
I wouldn’t call statistics theoretical math, personally.
