Cat Photo linking tag

I cant figure out what is wrong with my link. It looks correct in the browser part but it wont pass and only says " you only need one (A) element"

Two issues

No.1:
The anchor text is supposed to be cat photos
Not cat photos with a period at the end.

No.2:
This is an incorrect closing tag
