I have completed the project, created the repo on github as mentioned, I copy the github URL but it says you must complete the project first. I did the db dump as per the instructions as well.

Have you tried the steps to recycle the VM mentioned in the pinned post?

Ok, not sure if it was because I had not closed the tabs while doing the project, but I had done the recycling the VM without knowing it which had not worked, but it seems to have accepted it now.
