Celestial Bodies Database - Unable to connect to GitHub and submit the project

How do I connect to my GitHub!!!

I have finished the project and created psql dump universe.sql. Manually added the code to GitHub, since authentication is failed multiple time from terminal. When adding the GIT link to submit universe.sql error as finish the project.

I was unable to connect my git hub account from CodeRoad.
