You need to go to your account settings to claim your certificate. Before you can do so, you also need to agree to the Academy Honesty Pledge.
To make your certificate appear in your profile, you need to have your profile set to public.
I have finished The Javascript questions and looking for certificate. My profile is public and agreed to the Honesty. It is telling me you need my name well it is there. What to do now. Would like my cerificate it was alot of work.
I have my profile pubilc and the Honesty agreed to. A message shows up saying need my name to issue the certificate. My name is saved.
Ensure that your name is also public.
check again that the “Name” field in the settings has some content
