Certificate Problem

Good day,

I keep tyring to claim my certificates, ive completed the exams and passed but when i try to show the certification it loads a new page and reloads the home page of freeCodeCamp.

please see the message that appear on the home page, there will be a message near the top of the page telling you why the certification is not visible

ok ive seen and fixed the problem, is it possible to download and print the certificates ?

there isn’t a way integrated in the site, but if you visit the certification while not logged in you should be able to print to pdf or print with a physical printer using the browser print tools

have you tried going to clain the Responsive Web Design V8? it’s here in the settings https://www.freecodecamp.org/settings#cert-responsive-web-design
