Subject: Certificate Status Showing as Pending

I completed my certification exam on 12 January 2026 using the Exam Environment App.
However, my exam status is still showing as Pending, and I’m unable to download my certificate.
I would like to confirm whether my exam was submitted successfully or if any additional steps are required from my side.
