Certification still pending after 48+ hours and Exam Environment App blocks new exams

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my FreeCodeCamp certifications.

I completed both the Responsive Web Design and JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures certifications more than 48 hours ago. Both exams were submitted successfully, but the certifications are still marked as Pending.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything I should do, or do I simply need to wait longer?
