You have multiple types on your inputs where they (to my knowledge) can only have one type.

type=“indoor” is an incorrect type

It should read: <input type=“radio”> Indoor

This will give it a radio button next to the option “Indoor”

The text Indoor needs to be outside of your < and > brackets, not inside.

It’s supposed to be a radio button, not a text input. Change type=“text” to type=“radio”
