Challenge Freezes [SOLVED]

So, after completing the survey form challenge, my freecodecamp profile just freezes like this and I can’t move to next challenge. Have anyone faced the same problem? What should I do?

note: I passed all the 17 steps required to successfully complete the survey form challenge.
