I think you need to remove the > after submit-cat-photo">.

you should use the existing input element at the bottom

but anyway your closing form tag is wrong, compare it with other closing tags and your input tag is missing the closing bracket

Hello, hello.
So, when you use tags, the format should be < tag >< /tag >. Now look at your form tags and check if there is a problem with them.
