Hello, everyone. Let me give you guys a little backstory to my question. I am a single father who can physically to longer do heavy Elevator construction due to chronic rotator cuff injuries. I am now in a place in my life where i need to change careers, and raise two kids at the same time. I now have the time to get some certifications, however i need to know which certs are best for IT or web dev. Obviously im here to learn web dev. However i also need to learn networking and general IT. I also need to fast track this to a decent job to pay my bills. I have been researching both Cisco and Comptia A+.
Which is better and which is preferred by employers? Any honest input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
