Clicked something and it said I tried to hack the ExamRoomAI

So, it’s exactly like it said. I forgot where the developer tools thing/shortcut was on my computer, so I clicked what I thought it was (looked like <>), and it said I tried to hack ExamroomAI (I was working on a lab, not an exam), and that my IP and everything would be reported/locked/sent to admin.

This was 100% an accident, and I’m well-aware of the rules, but I have no idea what to do, what’s going to happen, what this means, etc. I’m at a cafe, so I’m worried it may have messed up their WiFi somehow, and just really anxious about this. PLEASE tell me who I’m supposed to reach out to about this.

For what it’s worth, I figured out where the developer tools were, and I feel like an idiot. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I have never heard of ExamRoomAI, are you sure you were on freeCodeCamp?

100% sure I was on freeCodeCamp

do you have any screenshots or something like that?

examroomai is a thing, but it’s not used on freecodecamp. Did you maybe install it as an extension?

I checked, and I couldn’t find it. I’m not sure what I did. I’ll see if I can somehow get it to pop up again. Because what I clicked was the Google Chrome developer tools in the toolbar (I just checked)

yes, double check your browser history and your browser extensions, the message could not come from freecodecamp
