Code Ally - Unable to access FROM freeCodeCamp

Issue:
Unable to access Code Ally from freeCodeCamp.

Tell us what’s happening:

  1. I login to freeCodeCamp
  2. I start “Build A World Cup Database”
  3. Code Ally asks to 'Login to Start Coding"
  4. Clicking button, redirects to Code Ally login w/ agreement to terms and services.
  5. Error occurs, unable to login
  6. Get redirected back to freeCodeCamp to repeat from step 4 onward.

Expected Behaviour:
Login successfully and access the course.

Actual Behaviour:
Endless looping from steps 4 to 6.

Troubleshooting Done:

  1. Restarted the Lesson.
  2. Refreshed the browser.
  3. Run the container directly via Code Ally dashboard (works with no issue)

Your browser information:

User Agent is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:101.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/101.0

Challenge:

have you tried to clean your browser’s cache?
or maybe you can try, just to see if it works, access it using the “incognito/InPrivate window”?

Nope, still not working.

This is likely from some cookies being blocked or something. Do you have third-party cookies enabled? Or any other browsers settings that might be stopping something like that?

There’s a post here that may help

Hey,
So this worked. Code Ally is working now.

I just find it weird, 'cause I didn’t change anything in my browser settings prior to this and I’ve been using Code Ally without issue.

Thanks for the help. Much appreciated.
