Give each of the radio and checkbox inputs the value attribute. Use the input label text, in lowercase, as the value for the attribute.

…and compare it with your own code. Hope it helps!

Hello, your value attribute starts with capital instead of lowercase.
For example you have a value="Loyal" should be value="loyal"
