Code has gone missing
I am totally new to coding so please bear with me. I have started the HTML tutorial and am having issues with not being able to change the external link to an internal link with Anchor Elements as the code has disappeared when I go the the page to start the " Link to Internal Sections of a Page with Anchor Elements" tutorial.

I’m totally lost.

Now, this lesson asks you to change the external link into an internal link, like below:

This is an internal link since it points to a part within the same page:

href="#contacts-header"

This is the id of another element:

#contacts-header

You need to change the ahref part to an internal element which is “#footer” on this lesson, change this part:

 <a href="https://www.freecatphotoapp.com" target="_blank">cat photos</a>

second step:

  • Remove the target="_blank" attribute from the anchor tag

Third step:

  • add an id attribute with a value of footer to the <footer> element at the bottom of the page.
