Code not working, i done exactly as it sayes and it sayes it's still not right

I’ve done everything that i was supposed to but it is still not working. it says i should use the exact same link in the a bit but is still not accepting it even tho is the one it sayes to use .Please help

only one, which is the link i got rid of the target blank

maybe look again? there are two
