Did you delete the inline styling?
<h2 style="color: red;">CatPhotoApp</h2>
Should’t be like that, but should have no inline style.
I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.
You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (
</>) to add backticks around text.
See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (’).
For future posts, you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge, just click the Ask for Help button located on the challenge. It will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.
Yeah, I deleted the inline style. Still it doesn’t seem to work .
But the code I wrote isn’t wrong after all. I still can’t say why it wasn’t running. There are a good number of codes like it in the css section that ain’t working properly. Guess it’s a bug you guys will need to fix.
Nonetheless, I’d love to say that am happy to be here learning on this wonderful platform. It’s chiefly enriching!
Thanks for coming handy in an attempt to help. Grateful!
I don’t know then. Your code is now passing the exercise in my pc…
I would double check that you are not using any extensions that modify the appearance of your browser tabs. For example, a dark mode extension modifies the CSS in your browser and interferes with the test suite.
Wow. Am actually using dark mode. let me try using the light mode. Thanks for coming by man
Hey man, jst tried the light mode and my code is now working jst perfectly. Very grateful bud!
Kay thanks. Was able to remedy the situation. Thanks for wanting to help out.
you can switch on the native dark mode in the settings, that doesn’t interfere with the tests
