I”m never receiving the code in order to sign up. There is nothing in my junk folder either. Are you having email issues?
not that I know of, some providers sometimes block the emails, you can try to contact your provider, as if that’s the case you would also not receive the mail from support@freecodecamp.org, as that’s the mail to reach at for support requests
if your email address is for example your primary address on github you can use log in with github and it would log in to your account
