Codespaces hamburger and \d command not working right

When I open my Github codespace, I am no longer able to open the hamburger on the upper left corner. and have to use Ctrl + Shift + P to open anything. Additionally, when I use the \d command to view the structure of a table, it no longer starts another line to type on and has a big END that I can’t exit out of.

Thank you for your response. Do you know how to fix the hamburger, or am I just going to have to deal with it?

I have not tried codespaces recently, I can’t say

but the END thing in terminal output is common, and it should be q to close
