Challenge: Step 78

Link to the challenge:

Hi. I belive it’s not asking you to write any selectors. You literally need just a comment.

The comment should be FOOTER

Also, that type of comment should come before the selectors.

/* Products */

.products {}

.product-card {}

.product-title {}

And so on.

In the html file, you are missing the footer opening tag which should be right below the hr element.

hi, thank s for your help. I’m obviously thick lol because ive changed it and still not working. do i need to add the add anything to the html page?

Take a look at other advices, not only mine. I believe you’ll find what you need

hi, thanks for your help. when i put an opening footer tag beloew hr is turned red. the bottom footer was still normal. its not working. im not grasping i lol

Under this, you should put the footer opening tag

The only thing the challenge is asking for is a comment with the exact text FOOTER and nothing else.

I think the seed code is broken. I don’t know why the footer element is missing the starting tag.

Hello.
I am not sure if it is broken.
I’ve just:

went to a challenge step

typed in css file:

/*FOOTER*/

and that was enough to pass the tests

I believe topic-creator accidentally changed HTML file when was trying to solve the step

No, it is actually missing in the seed code. It’s a bug, but it doesn’t affect the challenge (well it doesn’t affect the test anyway).
