Comment out is not working on Lobster font

Tell us what’s happening:
First off, I am unable to paste anything into the code box so to get the Lobster font I had to type the whole thing out. Right click only gives my a cut and copy option. I am to comment out the font so that my text appears in monospace, which I believe I did, but the test wont let me progress.

<!--<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lobster" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">-->.

<style>

  .red-text {

    color: red;

  }

  h2 {

    font-family: Lobster; monospace;

  }

Challenge: Specify How Fonts Should Degrade

Link to the challenge:

I cannot see the code from here but are you sure you did to end it it should work since I just did it… just make sure you do it on the first piece of code (the link)

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

Please use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks are not single quotes.

@csch done!

a semicolon indicates end of line, so the monospace is not read

change that semicolon and try again
