Congrats on finishing the first certificate.
Yes you can definitely move onto the javascript section which would be your first programming language.
Just because you are moving onto javascript doesn’t mean that you will stop using html and css. FCC teaches web development so there will be plenty of opportunities to continue working with html and css.

@jwilkins.oboe Thanks for the advice. one more thing that programming and web developing is a very vast/ big field. so can you tell me what is the best thing to learn for me to earn a respectable job or money.

Focus on the main three languages which are html, css and javascript. Frameworks and libraries are cool but they are constantly changing. Make sure you have a good foundation in those core languages.
Remember that frameworks and libraries are based off of the core language. When I started react, I was really happy that I spent some extra time on understanding javascript. I still have a lot to learn about javascript but it made learning react for the first time much easier.
